When you send us a file and request that we output such file into a finished job it is with the understanding that you have proofed the file and it is ready for a finished product. Any changes made after we run a project will be charged out again at the current rate. You may always stop in at MSR's downtown Aspen location (616 East Hyman Avenue - Suite 100 [Garden Level], Aspen, Colorado 81611 USA) to check a sample of your project. If you are under time constraints and cannot check the samples and request us to proceed on your file transfer anf final prints, then please make sure that you are 100% sure of your file content.
